The homebuyer report is a form, created by the RICS, that lists all internal and external items. Externally, the report starts with chimney stacks and roof coverings and works downwards. Internally, it starts from the ceilings, all the way down to the flooring. Cellars, lofts, garages and other outside spaces are also taken into consideration wherever applicable. All services are fully personalised to suit your specific property requirements.
I also offer pre-auction services. I will look at a property prior to auction, on your behalf, and advise on whether to go ahead or not. If you need help you with costings and advice on building control matters, this will not be a problem.
In addition to the homebuyer report, I also provide you with a tailored full structural report. This is longer and more detailed than the homebuyer report, and is ideal for older and larger buildings, as well as properties that are listed or have unusual features or qualities.
